About me
I am an attorney at law focusing on insolvency law: the Vienna Commercial Court regularly appoints me insolvency administrator, and having been involved in more than three hundred insolvency proceedings, I know both sides of the proceedings.

After graduating from a commercial upper secondary school (Handelsakademie) specialising in international business and taking a law degree at the University of Vienna, with an additional elective module in private international law and comparative law, I went on to doctoral studies, again at the University of Vienna. My dissertation examined how the implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive affected warranty law.
During that time I gained experience as a lawyer (Jurist) in the automotive sector and worked for an international IT corporation. In addition, in 2014 I began working freelance as a translator and interpreter for German and Polish.
I completed my year of court practice partly in the insolvency divisions of the Vienna Commercial Court. Since then I have worked mainly in insolvency law, at the firm Engelhart / Richter / Partner, which specialises in it. Thanks to this specialisation I can now draw on experience from more than three hundred insolvency proceedings in which I have been involved. I am entered on the list of insolvency administrators (Insolvenzverwalterliste), and the courts, above all in Vienna and Lower Austria, also appoint me insolvency administrator. Beyond insolvency law, I advise existing clients on corporate and contract law, mainly where it is connected with an insolvency.
